Website and Demo Terms
1. Overview and acceptance
These Website and Demo Terms (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and the operator of Advanced Dental ("Advanced Dental," "we," "us"). They govern your use of the adentalcloud.com website (the "website") and of the Advanced Dental demo environment (the "demo"). By using the website, by checking the acceptance box on the demo request form, or by accessing a demo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or request a demo.
2. What these Terms cover
These Terms cover the public website and the evaluation demo only. They do not create, describe, or replace any agreement for a paid subscription or for production use of Advanced Dental. Any production use of the product would be governed by its own separate written agreement, not by these Terms.
3. The demo is for evaluation only
The demo exists so a dental practice can evaluate Advanced Dental. It is provided for a limited evaluation and requires no payment. It is not a production service: demo tenants are temporary, and we may reset, suspend, or remove a demo tenant and everything in it at any time, with or without notice. Do not treat anything you enter in a demo as stored for safekeeping.
4. Synthetic data — do not enter real patient information
Demos are pre-loaded with synthetic sample data: every "patient" in a demo is fictitious. Do not enter real patient information into the demo — no real names, contact details, health or treatment information, images, documents, or other protected health information ("PHI"), and no other confidential information. The demo is not offered under a Business Associate Agreement, and under HIPAA a service that creates, receives, maintains, or transmits PHI for a covered practice requires one — so the demo must be treated as unsuitable for any real patient data, without exception. If real patient information is entered into a demo despite this prohibition, we may delete it or reset the tenant to protect it.
5. No clinical, diagnostic, or emergency use
The demo is not for clinical use. Do not rely on it — or on anything shown on the website — for patient care, diagnosis, treatment decisions, prescribing, billing, insurance submission, or recordkeeping. Product imagery labelled as simulated or mock content (including imaging) is illustrative only and is not diagnostic. Nothing on the website or in the demo is medical, legal, or other professional advice, and neither is intended for use in emergencies.
6. Demo accounts and access
Demo access is delivered by email as a secure sign-in link, and you set your own password. Keep your credentials to yourself and tell us if you believe your demo account has been used without your permission. You are responsible for activity under your demo account. Demo accounts and tenants may be reset, suspended, or removed at any time as described in section 3.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website or the demo. In particular, you will not: enter real patient information or other confidential data (section 4); probe, scan, or test the security of the service or attempt to access another tenant's data; disrupt or overload the service; submit demo requests with false identities or automated tools, or work around the form's verification or rate limits; upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content; copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute the service or its content; or misrepresent what you saw in the demo. We may suspend or remove access for violations.
8. Intellectual property and feedback
The website, the demo, and their content — software, design, text, and imagery — are owned by Advanced Dental's operator and its licensors and are protected by law. You receive only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the website and your demo for internal evaluation. If you send us feedback or suggestions (for example through the feedback links on the website), you agree we may use them to improve the product without obligation or compensation to you.
9. Bot protection and third-party services
The demo request form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a verification service that helps us tell people apart from automated traffic. Completing that check is part of requesting a demo; requests that fail verification are rejected. How Turnstile handles information is described in our Website Privacy Policy. Parts of the service depend on third-party infrastructure and services that we do not control; their availability can affect ours.
10. Privacy
Our Website Privacy Policy describes what information we collect through the website and demo request form, how we use it, and the choices you have. The demo request form asks for your acceptance of these Terms and your acknowledgement of that policy, and records that acceptance.
11. Disclaimers
THE WEBSITE AND THE DEMO ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT PROMISE THAT THE WEBSITE OR DEMO WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT DEMO CONTENT WILL BE PRESERVED. DESCRIPTIONS OF FEATURES IN DEVELOPMENT ARE PLANS, NOT COMMITMENTS, AND MAY CHANGE OR BE WITHDRAWN.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ADVANCED DENTAL'S OPERATOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR THE DEMO. THE DEMO IS A FREE EVALUATION SERVICE, AND YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH IT IS TO STOP USING IT. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
13. Suspension, termination, and changes
We may suspend or terminate website or demo access at any time, including for violations of these Terms. We may change the website, the demo, and these Terms; when we change the Terms we will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date, and your continued use after that date is acceptance of the updated Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including sections 4, 5, 8, 11, and 12 — survive.
